Made-to-Order Products

All cushion covers sold in our store are made to order according to the customer’s selected fabric, size, and specifications.

We strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing an order for cushion covers. Fabric samples allow customers to verify the colour, texture, pattern, and suitability of the material before purchasing a custom-made product.

Returns and Cancellations

Because all cushion covers are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Orders for made-to-order cushion covers are therefore non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples are available for purchase and are strongly recommended before ordering custom-made cushion covers. Variations in screen settings, lighting, and dye lots may affect how colours appear online.

By placing an order for a made-to-order cushion cover without first ordering a fabric sample, the customer accepts responsibility for their fabric selection.
